Artwork restricted to following areas:

Grass area: 40' wide x 60' long (including concrete area in front of waterfall)

Waterfall wall: 16' wide x 40' high (brick wall rises 25' above waterfall)

Works may be sited within perimeter planters, on brick fence piers and on perimeter trees.
